Morgan and Associates is owned and managed by Juliette Langlais who takes a very hands on approach to the day to day running of the agency. With over seven years working in a busy West London office, and another seven at Morgan and Associates, Juliette is uniquely placed to understand the needs of both her clients and vendors. Growing up in St John’s Wood in London but spending much of her childhood in the idyllic Little Haseley, Juliette not only understands the requirements of the Londoner looking to relocate but also has an in-depth knowledge of the local countryside where she herself now lives. You could not do this job without a real, genuine, passion for property and Juliette feels that excitement every time she walks through the door of a new home: ‘I couldn’t possibly choose my favourite type of property. I love a thatched cottage, the high ceilings of a Georgian house, a barn conversion…. there is always something to excite and inspire in every home.’
Leila brings a wealth of sales, marketing, lettings, and property experience to the team at Morgan and Associates. Having worked in several sales roles in London, plus ran her own successful PR and marketing firm for 10 years, Leila has ample experience in dealing with clients and managing business relationships. Growing up Leila also experienced working in her family’s legal conveyancing firm, so understands all aspects of the sale chain well. Leila also lives in the village of Little Milton and grew up in a neighbouring village so knows the different local areas well.
Sandra joins our team following 20 years in letting and property management in Oxford. Sandra ran the city centre branch for a leading letting agent for 12 years and then broadened her knowledge as the Business Development Manager for a company specialising in short and long term serviced accommodation. Sandra values building long term relationships with landlords and tenants and finds it refreshing focussing on village properties. She lives locally near Wallingford with her family.
The newest member to the team having joined us in spring 2019, Kathryn brings a wealth of experience in customer facing environments to her role. Kathryn has over 25 years of administrative experience and her interpersonal skills and writing abilities complement the expertise in the office. Passionate about proving a good service with honesty and integrity, Kathryn is an excellent fit in our team. Having been raised in Henley on Thames, Kathryn now lives locally in Thame with her daughter Josephine, who is studying education at Oxford Brooks University.
Sarah carries out our Saturday property viewings. She joined the team in 2014 and has a great knowledge of the local area having moved from London to live in Stadhampton with her family 14 years ago. Sarah really enjoys the client contact with buyers and vendors that the role brings and having had several years work experience in arts administration is well placed to support the team in the office on Fridays.
Ken is a valuable member of the team and manages the accounts for the Company.
