Susi Morgan
Susi Morgan, CEO of Morgan & Associates, Property Consultants - Estate Agency, Letting and Property Management Consultants, has a background in sales and marketing. Her CV includes international company names, such as Texaco, Wilkinson Sword, Daf Trucks and Royal Sun Alliance, for whom she worked in senior positions in Europe and the USA, along with extensive experience in the Oxfordshire property market. Susi has 20 years experience in Estate Agency and founded Morgan & Associates 10 years ago; she is a leading figure in pioneering a new image for women in estate agencies. Her softer approach – Susi prides herself on being professional but personal – has seen her swiftly become the number one name in rural property within South Oxfordshire. Her passion for the business ensures success.

Bryony Meredith
Bryony is our Lettings Office Manager and joined Morgan & Associates in 2009. Bryony has a wealth of experience including the Letting and Management of a portfolio of 150 properties owned by a private investor in Oxford. Her previous experience includes many years working for Barclays in the banking industry and as a Practice Administrator for a firm of Accountants. She has a terrific depth of knowledge of the Oxfordshire market.

Jenny Kahan
Jenny is our PR Consultant and Negotiator and joined Morgan & Associates in 2008. A qualified inventory consultant whose previous experience includes residential sales and valuations in addition to managing the lettings portfolio for a major Marlow property specialist, she works in the Letting Department. Having also worked in publishing in PR in London and Marlow, she has contacts with prominent journalists and is also proving invaluable in overseeing the company’s PR and marketing efforts.

Deborah Harris BA Hons
Deborah has been with Morgan & Associates since 2005. As a Residential Sales Co-ordinator, her expert knowledge of Oxford’s education system gives her a unique insight into clients’ needs, while Morgan & Associates’ exclusive portfolio means her special interest in country houses is particularly valuable. Her previous experience includes working for a London publishing firm, and with a leading expert in architectural history.

Jane Spencer Jones
Jane, one of our Residential Sales Negotiators, has been working with the team at Morgan & Associates since 2007. Prior to that she had a similar role with another independent estate agent. Jane has a huge amount of sales experience including working as Sales Executive for Dun & Bradstreet. Jane is an excellent communicator and sales person – building strong relationships with clients.

Amy Morgan BA, MRICS - Commercial Property Consultant
Amy has many years’ experience in residential and commercial property and has worked in various roles for the company for six years. She has qualified as a Chartered Surveyor and has a First Class Degree from Brookes University, Oxford in Real Estate Management. Amy is currently working on a consultancy basis.

Fabienne Morgan - Photographer/Weekend Support Staff
Fabienne is one of our viewing assistants and experienced photographer, she is currently also studying for a degree. She has a keen interest in sports particularly tennis and hockey.

Lucie Nicol - Accounts/Office Manager
Lucie has been with the company for two years and manages the accounts for the company.
