The Company

Morgan and Associates is a young company, founded in 1998 by Susan Morgan and is by definition, a true independent being run by the sole proprietor. Six years on the company is now reputed to be at the forefront of estate agency in village and country properties in the area. This is largely due to the professionalism of the company, specific marketing for individual properties, high prices achieved and recommendations from delighted vendors.

Our business is mainly involved in the sale and letting of individual rural properties from cottages to country houses and is located in a quaint thatched period property dating back to the 17th century, with extensive beams throughout creating a unique office in this village location. It portrays exactly the image of the individual properties the company sells.

With property sales ranging from £150,000 to £2,000,000 and lettings from £550 pcm to £5,000 pcm the company cover a wide range of property from tiny cottages to country homes.



We are operating in an area, which is hugely popular; partly because of the beautiful rustic villages and partly due to the accessibility to the M40 providing fast access to London and the Midlands; and Chiltern Railways offering a 40-minute route into London Marylebone from Haddenham Parkway (Thame).
